This house is part of a complex of three rural houses, it is the central house, and is located in the small municipality of Güevéjar, just 6 km away from the centre of Granada. It is located in the urban area, has paved access, and is close to the rest of the houses in the municipality.

The house has two floors: on the ground floor we find a spacious living room, with extendable dining table and two sofas. The kitchen in this house is an open kitchen next to the living room. On this floor there are a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and it leads to a patio that has a barbecue and garden furniture. This house has been adapted on the ground floor to the needs of the disabled.

On the upper floor the house boasts three outward facing bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower. The main double room has a private bathroom. The house has heating in all rooms including the bathrooms and a hot and cold pump in the living room. It also has WiFi.

We provide sheets, duvets and blankets and one bath towel per person. The house shares a large complimentary games area with the other two houses. It is located in the basements where there are a billiards table, a ping-pong table, a table football table and various games. Also in this area we have enabled a large meeting room which is available on request and if booking includes at least two of the houses.
